The Audio Note Quest Silver is a pair of Level 3 single-ended 300B monoblock power amplifiers, combining the wonderfully natural character of the 300B directly heated triode with Audio Note’s uncompromising approach to transformer design and component quality.
Originally purchased in 2011, this pair represents the earlier generation of the Quest Silver. Each monoblock utilizes the iconic 300B output tube, operating in pure Class A with zero negative feedback, producing approximately 9 watts per channel.
5U4GB and 300B tubes have recently been replaced, with roughly 300 hours of playtime on them.
