The X-10 V3 is a compact valve buffer designed to add a touch of the warmth associated with tube circuitry, while also able to provide useful impedance buffering between source and amp. Utilizing a pair of 6112 tubes, it makes for an interesting piece in a variety of placements and systems.
The X-10 V3 really shines when paired with the separate X-PSU V3, which provides upgraded power and can further improve the unit's sense of openness, bass definition, and overall refinement.
